Twice over he says this one is genuinely hard to call, before committing with hedged language -- 'slightly lean' and 'slightly pick', both aimed at Elkins -- and separately says he could not bring himself to bet it at any price because of a real cut/doctor-stoppage risk. The doubled 'slightly' plus the repeated difficulty-calling-it language read as a near-coinflip with a marginal nod, not a genuine lean.

A good wrestler with a strong double leg and leg grapevines to flatten opponents, high takedown volume, very good ground and pound once he flattens someone, and a tight finishing squeeze on chokes or cranks. An aggressive, wrestling-first featherweight who starts fast, drives for double legs and likes to flatten opponents for ground work. The analyst expects him to burn out and to leave himself open to counters when he swings heavily.
